It's already Sunday again. I hope you had a great week, and I hope I can top it off with this Overview Of The Week. Or, if you read this on Monday morning (I know several Multis who do that), I hope it's a great start to a great week! And this time, it's a short one. There was just not that much news.

The markets in the past weeks
I don't think I have to tell you the indexes were down again.
The S&P 500 dropped 1.53%, the Russell 1.64% and the Nasdaq dropped quite a bit more: 2.59%.
The Greed & Fear Index remained in extreme fear, where it has been for weeks already.

1. Upstart launches HELOC in California
Upstart's founder and CEO Dave Girouard posted this on X this week.
HELOC stands for Home Equity Loan.
Upstart will launch its AI-powered HELOC in California. Earlier it was launched in Colorado and Michagan. It's good to see that Upstart continues to launch products in different states.
